Welcome to Beadication!!!
I
have always loved fire. I was the girl that would sit by the fire and
watch the flames play across the wood. I have also loved glass for as
long as I can remember. It is so strong and yet so delicate. The fact
that you can take something from the earth and create something so
wonderful has been a fascination since Mr George explained it to us
back in 7th grade science.
Now,
I get to play with both as I create these little pieces of art. When I
sit down at my torch, I have a general idea of what I want to do but
nothing specific. That is a pretty good thing since I rarely stick to
the general idea I start with. Pumpkins have turned into Chickens.
Frogs have turned into Lizards. Vessels have turned into Elf shoes.
I hope you enjoy what I have created.
